In your menu       you can locate PES Default Colors by searching in the open field.  This is also located under PES - Administration. 

Define the default colors to be used within the system. 

To add a new color, click in the field next to    and fill in the column fields

Domain : Select Domain 
Color: Click on colour bar, use colour picker to select color or enter color value (RGB, HSL or HEX value) Click enter to add color
Color Hex: HEX color value 
Color Name: Enter color name
Publish to Domains : Select Domain(s) the color is being published in 
Sort Order: Sort order of color
Inactive: Tick box, to make color inactive
