The Work Processes module is a tool to help define project tasks in a systematic and organised way. Work processes are easy to access and view from other applications within the Pims Preparation Execution System portal and for Project Team Members.

Key features: 

• Multiple design options and tool functions.
• Easy to adjust sizes, create figures and swim lanes. 
• Easy to set up connector lines and related connector text. 
• Add colors that are pre-defined from colour codes.
• Add links to elements, such as other charts , sub processes or information in external systems. 
• Add positions to swim lanes.
